The Process
We will meet with you and your team to understand the needs, goals, and constraints necessary to create the optimal schedule for your league. We will ask questions to understand not only the logistics of what your league looks like, but also the purpose of your league, to help us balance your priorities.
Next, we’ll head to the drawing board and design potential solutions that fit your needs and support your goals using our optimization software.
The Product
Shortly after putting our optimization software into action, we will present you with a working copy of your schedule. This will be presented in an Excel, Google Sheets, and/or PDF file including (but not limited to):
- Team by Team List View
- Calendar View
- Compliance Checks
- Breakdown of Benefits & Structure
- Start Times (if requested)
Once this initial draft is created, we are able to go back and make specific changes as needed until you are happy with the final product.
